Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
- Withdrawals must use the same method that was used for the deposit.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus applies only to newly registered members.
- Bonus wagering requirement: 20 times (20x).
- Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive a bonus of ৳10,000 (maximum limit) — total balance ৳28,000.
- The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.2 — General Bonus Policy
- ace444vip reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Winnings earned with a bonus must complete wagering before withdrawal.

4.3 — VIP Program Terms
ace444vip's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond. Advancement to a higher level depends on your gaming activity. ace444vip reserves the right to change VIP benefits without notice.
Gaming Rules
5.1 — General Gaming Terms
- All games on ace444vip are conducted fairly and transparently. Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- If the result of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, ace444vip reserves the right to void that bet and return the original amount.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software or system error will be considered void.

5.2 — Prohibited Activities
